Olugbenga Omojola
He is the Lead Consultant at Quintessence Craft Alliance Limited, and he provides strategic leadership for the firm’s operations.
He holds a first degree in Industrial and Labour Relations, a Masters in Business Administration (Human Resources Management) and another Masters of Science in Organisational Behaviour.
Oluwagbenga Ganiyu
He is the Lead Editor at Quintessence Craft Alliance Limited. Gbenga’s experience spans across roles in multiple sectors, including Education, E-commerce, Publishing, Digital Marketing, Advertising and Brand Management.
He has helped several brands and authors reach their target audiences effectively, championing the use of clear and relatable storytelling and communication techniques. He is a co-author and has served as Lead Editor for many published books. He holds a first degree in Cell Biology and Genetics.
Florence Afeme
She is the Chief Operating Officer at Quintessence Craft Alliance Limited.
Florence holds a B.Sc. in Accounting and has worked as an Associate Accountant/ Inventory Management Consultant with one of the fastest-growing accounting firms, where she handled inventory management and bookkeeping services for SMEs across different sectors in Nigeria. She is a student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
